PRODUCTION & DELIVERY

When to expect your artwork

When to expect your artwork

Our little team of craftspeople works Monday–Friday, 9 to 5, giving each book, print, and piece of wall art the same care we’d want for our own families. To keep that quality high and be honest about timing, everything we make moves through a simple monthly release schedule.

To keep that quality high and be honest about timing, everything we make moves through a simple monthly release schedule.

How it works

Step 1: You place your order

Once your design is finalized and payment is complete, your order is assigned to the next available monthly release.

Step 2: We make your artwork

We choose, polish, and prepare your images for print. Books are designed, pages are laid out, and every piece is checked.

Step 3: We ship on a set schedule

Everything in that month’s batch is printed and shipped together. You get a clear “arrives by” date instead of a guess, and we have the space to do our best work.

Order Deadline: Place order by this date (always a Thursday) to be included in that delivery.

Target Arrive by: We aim to have your artwork in your hands on or before this date (also a Thursday).

Rush Orders

For the “we really need it by then” moments.

Our normal schedule already keeps the team fully booked. If you need your artwork faster than the standard 9-week timeline, we can sometimes make that happen through Rush Orders.

Rush

Deadline: 3 weeks after the Standard Deadline for that delivery

Investment: +50% rush fee on the product total

This usually means your artwork is delivered in about 6 weeks instead of 9.

Example: If the Standard Deadline is Dec 25, the Rush Deadline is Jan 8.

Ultra Rush

Deadline: 6 after the Standard Deadline for that delivery

Investment: +100% rush fee on the product total

This is our fastest option and usually means delivery in about 3 weeks.

Example: If the Standard Deadline is Dec 25, the Ultra Rush Deadline is Jan 22.

These options are completely optional. Most families are perfectly served by the standard schedule. Rush exists for the rare moments when the date on the calendar is the non-negotiable thing.
