how it works
Step 1: Request game coverage (Included w/ Registration)
There are over 500 games at every Keeper Wars event. To request coverage at your game, book any available time slot. Once schedules are released, you can make updates as necessary.
Note: Your athlete will not be photographed unless coverage is request.
Step 2: SCHEDULE VIEWING SESSION
Schedule a virtual viewing session after the event to view images and order products.
All orders must be placed during the session, so please ensure that all decision makers are present.
Digital galleries will not be provided in advance. Photos are only available during your session.
Step 3: COMMISSION YOUR ART
During the viewing, select your favorite images and commission custom wall art, albums, or prints. Options range from $250 to $15,000+, and families typically invest $2,000+.
Digital copies are included with every product order.

Standard hours
Appointments are complementary during my standard business hours (9am – 5pm CST). Last appointment starts at 3:30pm.

Evenings & Weekends
If your schedule doesn’t align with standard hours, I offer a limited number of evening and weekend sessions for a $100 scheduling fee.
